A Biodanza retreat
to delight in the sensuality of being alive
May 25th-27th, Danville CA
Savoring is about learning to live presently, to fully enjoy the gift of each moment,
to give that moment the space and attention it deserves.
It takes practice, but it’s a delicious practice.
During this retreat, far from daily obligations and distractions,
far from endless to do lists and the frantic pace of modern life,
we will simply take time.
Time to just be.
Time to come back to our senses.
We will allow ourselves to slow down enough to fully savor life's essence.
Life can become an erotic experience when we allow ourselves to be fully present to the magic of each moment.
To deliver their essence some experiences require time and a special presence to oneself and the other.
To smell, taste, see, listen, touch, feel is a gourmet art.
An art that requires time and presence.
Life's sensuality is a subtle and sensitive invitation to explore the wonder of our senses.
During this retreat, I invite you to embrace the freedom and lightness of savoring life fully,
and discover the essence of life's eroticism.
Through this celebration of senses we will remember that being alive can be an ecstatic experience
as long as we slow down enough to find pleasure in each moment.
‘Many people are alive but don’t touch the miracle of being alive.’ ~
Thich Nhat Hanh
